This information informs us if a potential participant will qualify for a study we are actively recruiting.

• If you are inquiring about employment with us, we may use and disclose your information in consideration of your application.

Wufoo provides contact information and data hosting and reporting services for Mediabarn. Wufoo stores and administers respondent personally identifiable contact and the demographic information you provide when applying to be a respondent or answering respondent questions on the the screener forms. We have put in place reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access to the information we collect.
